1. Net 10th plan (credit plan)
   Payment is due the 10th of the month following delivery.
   
   
2. Budget Plan ENROLL NOW
   Handle your fuel bills the easy way with equal monthly payments. (11-month or CAP)
   More than ever, homeowners find managing expenses is easiest when they can plan ahead. With the Andree Budget Plan your monthly fuel payments are steady during the heating season, even if an unexpected cold snap greatly increases your fuel consumption. Our maintenance plan may be included in your Monthly Budget, if you prefer. Call one of our Representatives for more information at 607-272-2250, or enroll using our easy form!
   
   
3. 10-day Payment Plan
   If payment in full for all deliveries (fuel oil or kerosene) is received in our office 10 days from date of delivery, you may take a $.04/gal. discount.
   
   
4. Cash Discount
   Pay the driver at the time of delivery or pay the office in advance and receive $.10/gal. discount (fuel oil or kerosene only, minimum delivery of 150 gallons)
   
   
5. Senior Citizen Discount
   $.01 per gallon discount for all Senior Citizens over 60 years. May be used with "Net 10th" or "Budget Plan" only.
   
   
6. CAP Price Guarantee | fuel oil / propane - Watch for further details!
   When rising oil prices give you the chills, watch for Andree's annual Cap Price Budget Plan. Once the Cap Price is set for the upcoming season, the price per gallon never goes higher.
   
   Never pay more than the CAP price (determined each year) over the entire heating season, regardless of market price fluctuations. Plus, should the retail price of heating oil fall, you pay the lower price. There is no additional charge for this program; this program cannot be used in conjunction with any other payment plans. Pre-registration is required. Restrictions are:
   
   
   • You must be on Automatic Delivery for the entire heating season.
   • You must be on our Budget Plan.
   • You must have approved credit.
   • You must keep your account current through the heating season.
   • Availability is limited, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
